1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: You can request a cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the item has been handed over to the courier service. In this case, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded immediately without any cancellation fee.
• After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched and a tracking number is generated, cancellations cannot be processed directly. You may refuse delivery upon arrival or request a return as per our return terms below.

2. 7-Day Replacement & Return Window

We provide a 7-Day Replacement/Return Policy from the date of package delivery in the following circumstances:

• Item received in a physically damaged or broken condition during transit.
• Item received is defective, non-functional, or Dead on Arrival (DOA).
• Wrong product or variant delivered compared to what was ordered.

Note: An unboxing video or clear photo of the package showing the product serial number is required when raising a claim for physical damage or missing items.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Products with missing original serial numbers, tags, or brand seal tampering.
• Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized overclocking, bent processor pins, liquid spills, or electrical surges.
• Items reported after the 7-day delivery window (which must then be serviced through the respective OEM brand warranty centers).

4. Refund Process & Timelines

• Once the returned product is received at our inspection facility and verified by our technical team (usually within 24–48 hours of receipt), the refund will be initiated.
• Original Payment Method: Refunds are credited directly back to the original source (Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, or UPI via Razorpay).
• Refund Credit Timeline: It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account depending on your issuing bank.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To request a cancellation, return, or refund:
